By accessing or using Vibe Data ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Data provides AI development intelligence, including data on GitHub repositories, NPM packages, developer trends, and related analytics. The Service includes:

• Free dashboard with aggregated AI tool intelligence
• Data visualization and trend analysis
• Weekly insights and reports

3. Free Service

The dashboard is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but the core free dashboard will remain available.

4. Account and Access

• Email Verification: You must provide a valid email address to access the dashboard
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• One Account Per User: Each email address may only be used for one account
• Termination: We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion for violations of these Terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Redistribute or resell our data without permission
• Overload our servers with excessive requests

6. Data and Content

6.1 Our Data

All data, analytics, and insights provided through the Service are owned by Vibe Data or our licensors. You may use the data for personal or business intelligence purposes, but you may NOT:

• Republish or redistribute our data commercially
• Claim ownership of our data or analytics
• Create derivative databases for commercial resale

6.2 Attribution

If you share or reference our data publicly, we appreciate (but do not require) attribution to Vibe Data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy or completeness of data
• Availability or uptime
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but we do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE DATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

9. Data Sources and Third-Party Content

Our Service aggregates data from public sources including GitHub, NPM, PyPI, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and Hacker News. We do not own this data and are not responsible for its accuracy.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
